Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Pay" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, regular post or over the Internet. There will be a carriage charge for any rug that has to be returned, if it does not meet the customers requirements

Shipping And Handling For your benefit postage and packing is FREE. All goods are to be signed for on delivery. If you advise us, or related companies, to leave the goods at an alternative address or elsewhere, no claim can be made if the goods "go missing". Your statutory rights are not affected. There will be a carriage charge for any rug that has to be returned, if it does not meet the customers requirements. Average returns cost is between £10 - £20, (depending on the size)

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days to UK mainland areas. Outlying areas may attract a surcharge. If a product is delivered to you faulty or damaged, the buyer has 7 (seven) working days to report the fault or damage. A collection will be made to return the goods. On return of the goods a new product will be dispatched

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
